24 hour automated telephone system

The practice are aware that patients would like to contact them at times appropriate for themselves. We have listened to this and we have changed the telephone system to operate a 24 hour automated system.

You are now able to contact the surgery on the telephone and as long as you have registered for your own personal PIN you will be able to access the appointment book and also the prescription request service. Appointments can be made, or cancelled and repeat prescriptions ordered. You may also make a request for medication that you do not have as a repeat prescription however, you must listen and follow the voice message, otherwise all of your request will be cancelled.

If you are unable to register for a PIN the practice administration staff will support in getting this set up for you. You must have registered for online services to obtain the prescription facility.
