Patient call back

The practice have the opportunity of a call back system.

If you have been in the queue for a short while you will be offered the opportunity for a call back. You will be asked to press 0 and then the call will go into a queue for the staff to contact you as soon as they are free. 

Unfortunately we will only be able to offer you one call back so please be available to receive the returned call. If you miss the call you will need to contact the surgery again.

The call shall come from a witheld number to your mobile
