Non NHS fees

 

Medical forms, reports and examinations which are not usual NHS patient services are chargeable.

It is suggested by the British Medical Association (BMA) that GP's charge for these as they are done outside of their contractual working terms.

The Partners Dr. Stephenson, Waller and James can complete the forms or carry out the medicals in appointments outside of their usual appointment schedules.

The costs below have been discuss between our local practices within Guildford East PCN and all six practices including ourselves, St. Lukes, Merrow Park, Horsley, Send and Shere will be using this list of fees.
